Pinnacle Technology is actively seeking experienced US Recruiters/Senior Recruiters with expertise in MSP/VMS recruitment. Candidates should have a strong understanding of tax and visa requirements and experience working exclusively with Direct Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based roles, focusing on MSP/VMS staffing.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to meet the client's hiring needs.
• Collaborate with Direct Clients to understand hiring requirements and provide customized recruiting solutions.
• Handle multiple roles across various domains, ensuring quality and timeliness in placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0.6 - 4 years of experience in US recruitment, specifically in MSP/VMS.
• Proficient understanding of tax and visa requirements for US recruitment.
• Experience in working with Direct Clients is essential.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Shift Timing:

• Night Shift: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (aligned with US time zones)
