Position Overview: As a Recruiter, you will be part of our HR team where you will be responsible for Sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, managing stakeholders, negotiating and onboarding of new hires.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in Talent acquisition or recruitment industry.
  
• Strong understanding of hiring processes and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate salaries and benefits packages.
  
• Familiarity in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) .
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
