
Job description Role & responsibilities Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru. -Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and quotations in response to client requirements. -Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and negotiate terms and pricing. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. -Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Requirements: -Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role in the IT industry. -Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and processes. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
