Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive (Online Bidding) to join Manufac. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business through private and government bidding portals. Your role will serve as the bridge between clients and our technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are adept at bidding and winning projects in areas such as web development, desktop app development, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), mobile app development and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects across different bidding platforms.
• Write compelling and customized proposals to secure projects in web development, desktop app development, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and mobile app development.
• Set up and maintain a portfolio on these bidding platforms.
• Interact with domestic and international clients to understand their requirements, address their queries, and present suitable solutions offered by our company.
• Proactively identify new business leads and opportunities through market research, networking, and online platforms.
• Address technical queries from clients and make informed decisions based on effective communication and understanding of client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements and deliverables.
• Handle client communication and follow-ups through both written and verbal communication.
• Communicate new project opportunities to existing and potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of working with our company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to foster trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of minimum 2 years in securing projects through online bidding.
• Strong proposal writing skills and the ability to tailor proposals to individual clients and projects.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with national and international clients
• Technical knowledge in areas such as web development, desktop app development, cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and mobile app development is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the IT industry, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
