Affiliate Partner Management: Understand partner fitment for the business, oversee the onboarding process (coordinate with biz fin/procurement/legal) , assist in campaign set up (generate links/access on MMP/enable events/set up pixels on GTM/coordinate with creative agency/take compliance approvals/set up feedback reports) and take the campaigns live

Performance Analysis: Analyze daily campaign performance at partner level (monitor marketing metrics/product funnel), identify areas of improvement (geography, demographics, market behaviour/other channel insights) and take calls to optimize and grow the channel

Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing

support and guidance to enhance their performance and engagement

Skills and expertise

Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate & partnerships marketing and has run CPL, CPI, CPS campaigns
Good at number crunching as the role involves daily analysis on campaign performance
Is well-versed with working on Excel and Google sheets (all formulas, pivots)
Has knowledge of how marketing campaigns are executed and the metrics to evaluate performance on app and web campaigns
Understands inventories used in affiliate campaigns
Has worked on MMP, Google Analytics and GTM
