We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Lead/Manager who will collaborate closely with the sales team to design and execute campaigns aimed at promoting SoftProdigys services.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to understand service offerings, target audiences, and sales goals.
Develop marketing campaigns that align with sales strategies and drive lead generation for SoftProdigys services.
Support the sales team by creating marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and email templates.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Design and execute result-oriented digital marketing strategies tailored to generate leads for IT services.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine positioning.
Create detailed marketing plans with measurable KPIs and timelines.
Campaign Management:
Run targeted campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and email marketing tools.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead conversions.
Use AI tools for personalized campaigns and audience segmentation to improve efficiency.
SEO & Content Marketing:
Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve visibility and ranking for services-related keywords.
Oversee the creation of high-quality, service-specific content such as blogs, whitepapers, and landing pages.
Collaborate with the content team to craft messaging that resonates with the target audience.
Social Media Optimization & Outreach:
Leverage tools like Hootsuite and Sprout Social to manage and monitor social media campaigns.
Build a strong online presence through engaging posts, videos, and other shareable content.
Execute outreach programs, including influencer partnerships and email outreach, to expand brand reach.
PPC and Performance Marketing:
Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn to attract high-intent leads.
Optimize bidding strategies and landing pages for improved conversion rates.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to keep the team updated with new tools and techniques.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign performance and sales funnel contributions using analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
Provide actionable insights to the sales and leadership teams to refine marketing strategies.
AI and Marketing Tools:
Leverage AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms to automate and enhance marketing efforts.
Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8 to 10 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on B2B services and lead generation.
Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of working closely with sales teams.
Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and HubSpot.
Knowledge of AI tools for campaign automation and personalization.
Expertise in SEO, PPC, SMO, and content marketing strategies tailored for IT services.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust campaigns for maximum impact.
