Develop UI components and web pages using ReactJS based on specifications
Estimate efforts and delivery timeframe by scoping and sizing assigned tasks accurately
Prioritize assigned tasks based on guidance from management and development leads
Work within a specific knowledge area, demonstrating expertise in that domain
Complete tasks with minimal assistance from senior or lead developers
Embrace a learning mindset and proactively seek opportunities for personal growth and development
Demonstrate a willingness to tackle challenging tasks and continually push boundaries
