We are seeking one highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Designer/Digital Product Designer to join our dynamic team.
As a designer, you will work closely with major brands in India, occasionally visiting client offices to collaborate and deliver exceptional digital experiences. Your expertise will play a key role in crafting intuitive, user-centered designs for complex web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver intuitive user interfaces, adhering to the best practices in UI/UX principles.
Collaborate effectively with clients, providing insights, suggestions, and creative input to align design solutions with business objectives.
Develop high-quality designs using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other prototyping tools.
Ensure designs are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines, enhancing brand positioning and identity.
Work on complex digital platforms such as CRMs, inventory management systems, and industry-specific portals (e.g., healthcare, finance).
Key Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for both web and mobile applications.
Proven expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch. Strong understanding of visual design principles and creating seamless user experiences.
Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and functional interfaces.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
Experience working with large brands and handling end-to-end design projects.
A portfolio showcasing your work on complex applications is a must.
