Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Google and Meta Ads Specialist with at least 1 years of experience to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, executing, and analyzing successful campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). You will play a pivotal role in driving traffic, generating leads, and achieving business goals through paid advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management:

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads.

Develop and manage Meta ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) across objectives like awareness, engagement, and conversions.

• Ad Strategy & Optimization:

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

Optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for maximum ROI and CTR.

Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve campaign objectives.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party platforms to track performance.

Provide detailed reports on campaign metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.

Analyze data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.

• Remarketing & Retargeting:

Create and implement remarketing campaigns to re-engage website visitors and drive conversions.

Utilize custom audiences and lookalike audiences on Meta platforms for targeted advertising.

• Stay Updated:

Keep up with the latest trends, updates, and best practices for Google Ads and Meta advertising.

Experiment with new ad formats, placements, and targeting options.

• Collaboration:

Work with the design team to create engaging ad creatives and visuals.

Collaborate with content and SEO teams to align strategies for holistic digital marketing efforts.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
• Experience with retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
