Technical Architect and SME: E2Open and Similar Platforms

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of E2Open and similar supply chain management platforms, as well as a strong technical background. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and supporting our organizations supply chain technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Architecture:

  • Develop and maintain the technical architecture for our supply chain management systems, including E2Open and other relevant platforms.

  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Design and implement integration strategies between our supply chain systems and other enterprise applications.

  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our technical infrastructure.

• Platform Expertise:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on E2Open and similar supply chain platforms.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and end-users.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest platform features, enhancements, and best practices.

• Solution Implementation:

  • Lead the implementation of E2Open and other supply chain solutions, including configuration, data migration, and testing.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Provide technical oversight and support throughout the implementation process.

• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to E2Open and other supply chain systems.

  • Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot problems efficiently.

  • Identify and implement solutions to prevent future issues and improve system performance.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to optimize our supply chain technology solutions.

  • Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical architect or SME in supply chain management systems.

• Deep understanding of E2Open and similar platforms, including their architecture, features, and best practices.

• Strong technical skills, including programming, database management, and integration technologies.

• Experience with cloud-based platforms and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Certifications related to E2Open or other supply chain platforms.

• Experience with supply chain planning, execution, and optimization processes.

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
