We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive*â€with expertise in content creation, graphic design, SEO, and social media marketing (SMM). The ideal candidate will be a versatile digital marketer who can craft compelling content, design eye-catching visuals, optimize websites for search engines, and manage social media campaigns. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and helping the company meet its growth goals. Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation & Management: Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content (blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts) that aligns with the brand’s voice and business objectives. - Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media visuals, infographics, website banners, email templates, and other marketing materials. Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software. - Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, manage metadata, and build backlinks to drive traffic and improve SERP rankings. - Social Media Marketing (SMM): Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to grow the company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create and schedule posts, engage with the audience, and monitor performance. - Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, create newsletters, and manage email lists to drive engagement and nurture leads. - Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and social media insights. Generate reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns. - Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content, graphics, and messaging maintain consistency with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing goals. - Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, graphic design, SEO, and social media. Identify new tools and tactics to improve marketing efforts and remain competitive. Qualifications and Skills: - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in content creation, graphic design, SEO, and social media marketing. - Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging, clear, and conversion-focused content. - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software to create visually compelling marketing assets. - In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO. - Experience managing and growing social media accounts, creating campaigns, and driving engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. - Strong ability to analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and optimize strategies for better results. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas effectively. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. - Experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar digital marketing and analytics tools. Knowledge of running and optimizing paid ads on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn is a plus.
