Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of SAP Hybris-based eCommerce solutions.
Oversee the technical architecture, code quality, and performance of the eCommerce platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and QA, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of the eCommerce platform.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on SAP Hybris.
Proven experience in eCommerce mobile application development.
Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and best practices.
Expertise in Java, Spring, and other relevant technologies.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous leadership or team management experience is highly preferred.
