Location: Mumbai (Thane) & Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Workdays: 5 days (Monday to Friday) - ONSITE
Shift Timing: 07:00 PM to 04:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Compensation: Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Incentives + Free Meal + Medical Insurance + Pick-and-Drop Facility

Role Overview

As an OPT Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and onboarding talented OPT candidates for our clients. The position offers a vibrant work environment and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and recruiting OPT, CPT, H1B, and Green Card candidates from job portals and social media platforms.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with consultants.
Coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
Ensuring compliance with client requirements and company policies.
